Analytical Tools for Characterizing Cannabinoids for Quality, Safety, and Research Purposes

As the cannabis market continues to grow, cannabinoids remain in the spotlight due to their proven and potential health benefits, demonstrated by increasing numbers of commercial products, newly popularized cannabinoids, and a growing list of peer reviewed publications. Understanding the cannabinoid content when growing, processing, testing, and researching cannabis is a fundamental need, and there are a variety of analytical tools that can accomplish this goal.
