Speaking at The Science of Cannabis Extraction 2021 online symposium in June, Darwin Millard, Founder & Owner at The Spock of Cannabis, presented his interesting talk on infused products.
Abstract: Start-ups and established companies alike must have a good handle on their market growth in order to accurately anticipate when to expand their production capacity. Proper planning and execution are critical for avoiding costly capital expenditures that may never make a return on an investment. Each of these aspects of the manufacturing process has to be considered individually when designing the process train because each element will contribute to the system's output, either in a limiting or expansive capacity. This session will attempt to provide the audience with concepts they can utilize to properly generate a demand estimate and scale a process train to meet that demand.
