Screening studies can be used to generate limited data that can group similar products together and subsequently reduce cost. The use of screening studies or accelerated stability studies can accelerate future product development by creating a baseline to compare with new products. A well-designed study will reduce cost and generate sufficient data to support the shelf stability of a range of current and future products.
