Challenges in Cannabinoid Profile Analysis of Hemp Extracts

The analysis of cannabinoids in concentrated extracts poses additional challenges due to the high concentration of one cannabinoid that can interfere with the analysis of the minor cannabinoids. Strategies for method development and validation will be discussed with specific chromatographic examples of a number of cannabinoid isolate and distillates.
