The separation power and versatility of centrifugal partition chromatography (CPC) enables a multitude of applications in any extraction laboratory setting. In the cannabis field, CPC has provided a cost-effective solution for scalable d9-THC remediation of cannabis oils and extracts. Using Gilson Inc.'s CPC portfolio, we provide an effective solution for meeting d9-THC remediation requirements as well as cannabinoid acid isolation (non-decarbed extracts), pesticides remediation, cannabis-derived terpene isolation and cleanup procedures for semi-synthetic cannabinoids. Herein, we present application-specific results using CPC for a variety of isolations, highlighting the value of CPC for any cannabis extraction laboratory.
