Adam Equipment has launched an all new, industry-leading product warranty program for new purchases of Adam’s scales and balances to demonstrate the quality and durability of its products.
Effective from January 2023, Adam’s new warranties will apply to all new purchases from that point. “Our previous warranty structure, whilst in line with much of the weighing industry, didn’t reflect the confidence we have in the quality and durability of Adam products. Extending many products to a five-year warranty,” says CEO Richard Storey, “will put the Adam brand ahead of just about any other scale or balance manufacturer you can think of.”
“After researching the industry and how our customers are using the products, with many still in use 10 to 15 years after they had purchased them. We felt that these new manufacturer’s warranties more reflected our commitment to quality. "
To take advantage of the new, longer warranty periods, buyers only need to register their product on Adam’s website upon purchase. The warranty, as before, covers defects in parts and manufacturing. Should buyers experience those issues, they would contact either their local Adam office or the authorized reseller who they bought the product from by telephone or email to start the streamlined claim process.
“We’ve been in this industry for 50 years and our customers know that the Adam brand means quality,” said Richard. “We’re excited that our new warranties promise new customers that they can trust Adam for their weighing needs – with double the peace of mind compared to our old warranty periods in many cases.”
Adam Equipment, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2022, is making the new warranty periods available worldwide, through its offices in the US, UK, Germany, South Africa, Australia and China.
