Tom is a Durham university graduate who specialises in UK and global legal cannabinoid regulation and policy. He worked alongside Blair Gibbs, former advisor to No. 10, and Professor Chris Hodges OBE, chair of the Regulatory Horizons Council, to produce the Hodges Report, a review of the status of cannabinoid regulation and policy within the UK. In an industry first, the report was launched by George Freeman MP, Minister for Science, Research & Innovation. He has spoken at the International Network for Delivery of Regulation regarding the application of Outcome-Based Cooperative Regulation in the UK’s legal cannabinoid sector, and attended the Labour and Conservative party conferences, speaking with and lobbying MPs and (shadow) ministers to bring to attention the growth potential of the UK’s legal cannabinoid sector.
